A 30-year-old patient (PIN: 39064) visited the Sassoon Branch of Life Force Homeopathy clinic on 8th January 2019 for getting treated for his complaints of migraine.
The patient had been suffering from migraine since the past 3 years. He used to suffer from severe throbbing pain which used to last for 1 hour. The patient used to experience giddiness before the episode. There was no aura felt by him nor any discomfort of nausea or vomiting.
The episodes used to affect him daily due to which the patient's sleep used to get disturbed.
His complaints always used to get aggravated due to the sun and by reading.
He was on Anti-Psychotic medications for 3 years.
The patient was a vegetarian by diet and disliked eating cabbage and cauliflower. He was thermally hot.
The patient was working as a medical officer. His work profile was very stressful due to which his complaints used to aggravate. He was always anxious and used to experience stress during the exam period.
After studying his case, Dr. Rajesh Shah prescribed him research-based molecules.
Follow-Ups:
After 6 weeks on 7th February 2019, the patient reported that he was 60% better in his relief from the complaints. However, he still complained of disturbed sleep. So, Dr. Shah revised his medications and prescribed them again for 6 weeks.
In the next follow-up on 10th April 2019, the patient reported that he was 90% better. His quality of sleep had also improved.
The patient continued with the medications and also followed ancillary measures which were advised.
When he last reported on 3rd July 2019, his recovery from the complaints was more than 90% better. The intensity and duration of each episode had also reduced significantly.
The patient was also tapering off his allopathic medications as his relief from the complaints was better.
Conclusion:
This case highlights that homeopathy heals the patient from within rapidly and gently without any side-effects. It has a good scope in treating chronic diseases like migraine within a short period.
