A 31-year-old man, Mr. R.P. (PIN: 34905) visited Life Force on 22nd December 2017 with the complaint of a single white or hypopigmented spot on his genital area (penis). This spot was noticed by him two months back and was diagnosed as Vitiligo by a dermatologist in November 2017. Since then, he had been taking Capsule Patchex daily and applying Desosoft and Tacrotor cream on the affected area. There were no other spots anywhere else on his body.
Mr. R.P. was a vegetarian and did not have any cravings or aversions in particular with regards to the food. He would prefer warm weather.
Mr. R.P. was married from the last three years. He was working as a quality analyst at TCS. His was a nuclear family. It was only he and his wife at home. He had a happy and well-supported childhood and teenage. He had a love-cum-arranged marriage.
He had suffered from Malaria in 2011, and his father was suffering from Paralysis.
Mr. R.P. was gentle, confident and expressive. He was jolly and friendly by nature. He desired a company most of the times.
Dr. Shah studied his case in detail and prescribed research-based molecules to the patient. Along with the medicines, he was also advised certain food restrictions, such as avoiding wheat, milk, fish, and sour foods.
Follow-Ups:
In the first follow-up on 3rd February 2018, Mr. R.P. was already 10% to 15% better. The size of the white spot had reduced. He had also stopped using all the ointments and capsule, which he was taking for two months. He was also taking Vitamin D3 supplements from a month.
On 14th March 2018, Mr. R.P. reported saying he was 40% better. The spot had reduced further. No new spots had appeared

When Mr. R.P. visited the branch on 9th June 2018, the spot was gone; it was not visible at all. Not even under the Wood’s lamp. No new spots had appeared.
On 21st July 2018, Mr. R.P. again visited the branch saying he was 100% fine now.
Mr. R.P reported again on 27th September 2018. He could not come earlier, as he suffered from Dengue in the mid-September. He was fine with the complete recovery from the old spot and had no new spots. He just had a little bit of weakness due to the recent illness.
On 17th November 2018, when he visited the branch, Mr. R.P.’s complaints were still stable. There was no occurrence of any new spot, and the old one had completely gone.
On 18th December 2018, the complaint was still stable. There was a 100% recovery from the previous spot. He was doing fine now.
Mr. R.P. says he is very happy with the treatment and feels Dr. Shah is like God to him, as initially, he was very scared when he realized he had vitiligo, and he thought that his complaints would not get better. But, now he is so happy that he has recovered from it completely with homeopathy.
Conclusion:
This case illustrates that small and stable spots of Vitiligo can be treated very well with homeopathic treatment within a short span of time.
