A 25-years-old male patient, Mr. A. P. (PIN: 4096) consulted at Chembur branch of Life Force on 13th July 2017 for his complaints of an underactive thyroid. He had done a basic blood test just a week earlier, and his underactive thyroid was detected in it. His TSH at that time was 5.6. He directly started the treatment from Life Force.
Besides an underactive thyroid, he was suffering from allergic rhinitis and vitiligo. He preferred to have both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. He liked spicy food and sweets. His bowel and urine were normal. His sleep was sound. He was sensitive to the extremes of the cold and hot weather.
He had done his Master in Economics and was looking for a job. His father was a businessman, and his mother was a homemaker. His sister was working in an event management company. He had chicken pox in his childhood. He had H. pylori infection in the past. His father was suffering from hypertension, Parkinson’s disease, allergic rhinitis, and hypercholesterolemia. His mother had hypercholesterolemia. And, his sister had asthma. He was short-tempered by nature. He was very irritable. He used to think a lot.
After studying and analyzing his case in detail, Dr. Shah prescribed Natrum Mur 30 along with research-based molecules for his underactive thyroid. When the patient visited us on 5th October 2017 for a follow-up, his condition was as it is. There was no improvement nor any aggravation in his condition. Dr. Shah reviewed his case and prescribed medications.
When he reported on 20th December 2017, his thyroid had returned to the normal range. (TSH reduced from 5.6 as on July 17 to 4.03 as on Dec 17). Also, he had lost a lot of excess of his weight. When he visited for a follow-up on 24th March 2018, his thyroid was under control without any conventional treatment.
When he gave a feedback on 7th July 2018, he again checked his TSH level which was reduced again. His TSH was now 2.68. Also, there was a symptomatic relief.
Following are his thyroid levels which reduced from 5.6 to 2.68
