27 yrs old female Miss. S. S (Patient Identification Number- 9803) visited Life Force for the treatment of Lichen Planus Pigmentosa.
She was suffering from macular pigmentation since 4 yrs which presented on face, neck, chest, upper arms and upper back. It was slowly spreading to thighs and knees since last 6 months. There was slight itching and burning pains.
In addition to the lichen planus pigmentosa, she also had migraine with complaints like severe left sided headache on temples and forehead which was aggravated by fasting and heat.
Emotionally she was a very outgoing type of personality, socially active. She was a sports person actively involved in various sports activities. She was a nature lover and was a volunteer with a NGO working for animal welfare and forest conservation.
She had a marked desire for warm stimulants like coffee. Thermally she was hot and her itching and burning would get aggravated in heat. She had a family history of migraine. Her mother and grandmother had suffered from migraine.
After studying the case in details, Dr. Rajesh Shah prescribed her our research based medicine along with her constitutional medicine.
At the 2 months follow up Miss. S. S reported that her pigmentation had become lighter by around 20% and her headache had reduced substantially by around 50% in terms of frequency and intensity.
At the 4 months follow up Miss. S. S was so happy to see her pigmentation being better by more than 60%. Her symptoms of itching and burning pains were completely better. To her surprise her associated complaint of migraine which was not relieved by conventional medicines for so many years was better by more than 80 % in terms of frequency and intensity.
At the 8 months follow up Miss. S. S reported that her pigmentation is better by more than 70 % but there was no further improvement since last 2 months. Dr Shah enhanced the dose of her medicines.
