A 32-years-old woman, Mrs. M.J. (PIN: 32008) contacted the Life Force online on 25th April 2017 for the treatment of her chronic Lichen Planus. She was suffering from Lichen Planus for the last 7 months. Its spots were present on her palms, soles, hands, and the inner side of her mouth including the tongue.  Her skin condition was so extensive that even her nails and genitals were involved. She was experiencing a severe itching over the spots, particularly at night. 

She was a vegetarian by diet. She desired salty and sour food. Her thirst and perspiration were average. Her bowel movements were satisfactory. Her sleep was sound.

The patient was a medical transcriptionist. She stayed with her husband. She had a son who was two years old. Her maternal grandparents had diabetes. There was a history of cancer in her maternal and paternal relatives. She had a past history of Anemia.

She was very depressed due to her health issues. She was a very confident lady but had anxiety about health. Dr. Shah studied her case in detail, and he prescribed a research-based molecule to the patient. 

When she gave feedback online on 18th June 2017, she had obtained 30% relief. Her itching had reduced. Her lesions too had reduced.

On 5th September 2017, she reported online that she got more 20% relief from her complaints than earlier. Her itching and lesions had reduced further.

On 27th March 2018, she filled up the follow-up form. There was 80% relief in her condition. Her itching, scaling, and redness too had reduced. When she gave feedback on 1st June 2018, she got 85% relief in her condition. Conclusion:
This case illustrates that homeopathy is the best solution for a complete recovery for difficult conditions like lichen planus. The conventional medications include steroids, which may pose greater harm than the disease. Homeopathy promotes recovery from lichen planus effectively and safely without any side-effects.
