33-years-old Mr. P. A. B. (PIN 15564) visited Life Force on 27th February 2011. He was suffering from anxiety since four years. He used to experience a sense of discomfort or uneasiness with a sensation of heaviness in his chest. He would be restless and nervous. He had very low self-confidence. He was indecisive and confused. He would experience a difficulty while concentrating on his work. His mind would be preoccupied with lots of thoughts, mostly negative. He would get panic on trivial issues and was hyper-reactive. He would suffer from sleeplessness due to excessive and continuous thoughts. He was prescribed anti-anxiety pills, anti-depressants, and anti-epileptics by his allopathic doctor since three months. Since three years, he was continuously on various conventional medicines but he did not find any relief. The allopathic medicines would make him feel sleepy and drowsy.
His appetite was normal. He preferred fish and spicy food. His water intake was normal. He was sensitive to the cold temperature. He was stout in physical appearance.
He was working in the sales faculty of a sanitary ware manufacturing company. His wife was a homemaker. He was staying in a joint family with his parents and elder brother. His elder brother was suffering from depression and did not work. His father had retired from the police force. His mother was a housewife.
He was the sole breadwinner of the family. This responsibility was stressful and disturbing. His father had been a strict disciplinarian in his childhood. He had always been scared of his father. This had resulted in anxiety in him since childhood. His brother was also suffering from depression and anxiety and was not earning.
His father was now suffering from memory loss and Alzheimer’s disease. He had to take care of his father and elder brother. His work pressure was also tremendous, as he was in the sales faculty. He had to achieve the targets set in the office. All the stress had taken a toll on his health and made him suffer from this anxiety at such a young age. He was performing well in his career; however, he was not at peace due to anxiety, worry, and anger on petty issues. He looked very sad and gloomy.
His mother had hypothyroidism.
His case was studied in detail by Dr. Shah and he was prescribed a few research-based medicines.
He reported with 25% improvement in his anxiety on 9th June 2011. His restlessness and nervousness had decreased. His sleep was sound for 4 to 5 hours. His relief from heaviness and difficulty in breathing was also better. He had reduced the doses of allopathic medicines to the minimum.

He was diagnosed with high blood pressure a month back and was taking antihypertensive medicines. Stress was severe in his professional field. He now had mild headaches. He visited on 26th November 2012 with overall 40% improvement in his relief from headaches, anxiety, and breathing difficulty. He was able to reduce a tablet of allopathic medicine. His sleep was improved and refreshing.
He visited on 15th April 2013 with 70% improvement in his relief from anxiety. His headache was also improved by 70%. He was able to reduce his allopathic medicines and take them on alternate days.
