A young girl aged 19 yrs Miss S. C. (patient reference number 8445) came to our clinic to seek treatment for lichen planus. She had lesions all over the body except face and neck for 3 years. She suffered from hyperpigmented scattered spots with some active lesions and severe itching. This ailment showed up after excess mental stress. Skin biopsy diagnosed interface dermatitis consistent with lichenoid drug eruptions. She was on steroidal treatment for almost 1 yr which didn’t show much relief.
