Mrs.B.K. fifty-five years female patient from Pune (Patient Identification Number:26516) visited Life Force Vashi branch on 10th August 2015 for her complaints of lichen planus.

She had lichen planus since past three and half years. She had blackish eruptions over legs, palms, hands, back , which were around one and half cm in diameter. There was a lot of itching which she couldn’t bear it. She took allopathic and homeopathic medication for about three years.

She had multiples complaints like hair fall, IBS, distributed sleep. She had thirty to forty strands hair fall from past two years. She had anticipatory diarrhea from past forty years. 

She had an average appetite. She preferred mixed diet. There was marked craving for sweet food. He had strong dislike for milk. she tended to have profuse perspiration on forehead and back. Her sleep was disturbed. 

She is school teacher. Her husband is an engineer. Her son has done PHD and working in USA. She had good interpersonal relationship with family member. 

Her father had suffered from heart disease. Her mother had suffered from bronchial asthma.

She had chicken pox at childhood. She had pleomorphic adenoma of salivary gland which was operated seven years back.

She is very confident and independent lady. Her childhood was stressful due parents fights. She was worried about son and husband safety. She had anticipatory anxiety. 

Dr. Shah studied her case in detail and prescribed sulphur 30c and research based molecules for Lichen planus.

Mrs.B.K. gave her first follow up over phone on 10th October 2015. There was overall twenty-five percent improvement. Lesion over palms were improved but lesions were on leg were sand still. Itching also improved a lot.  

Mrs.B.K. gave feedback online on 11th December 2015.There was overall thirty five percent improvement. Lesions over palms were hundred percent better, wrist lesion were sixty percent better. Lesions over legs was stand still except knee lesion were reduced forty percent.

In the meanwhile, she continued to keep in touch with Life Force about the progress of her lichen planus spots. Accordingly, changes were made in the medications.
Mrs.B.K. visited in Pune branch on 15th April 2016. She was very happy as there was over all seventy five percent improvement. Lesions over palms, feet , back were dried up Her sleep ans hair fall also improved a lot. 

She again reported on 16th August 2016 in Pune branch. There was seventy five percent reduction in old spots but new spots were appeared over right thumb and right foot. Hair fall also increased a lot. Dr Shah revised a case and again and prescribed. 

Patient was gave her feed back regularly and accordingly changes were made.

Mrs.B.K. visited 27th February 2017. She was very happy that her lichen plan were totally improved. Most of the lesion were disappeared and few were dried up. 

Mrs.B.K.continues to take homeopathic treatment from Life Force for other complaint.

This case shows that lichen planus can be effectively controlled with homeopathic medicines without the use of external applications of any kind.
