Mrs. S.A.P (Patient Identification Number 13423) was suffering from Fissure-in-ano for 1 month. She was getting severe, agonizing pain in anal region during and after passing stools. Pain would last for hours even after the passing stools. She was facing difficulty in sitting on account of severe pain. She would get occasional bleeding while passing stools. On examination, there was slight swelling at anal region. Her complaints would get worse after eating spicy food. She would get temporary relief by applying cold water. She would take laxatives on and off. She wanted permanent solution for her complaints. She came to know about Life Force through internet. She had average appetite. She was fond of spicy food. She would not like sweets much. Thirst, bowel habits and perspiration were normal. She would feel more comfortable in warm weather. Sleep was good.

Mrs. S.A.P was a lecturer in private college. She was staying in nuclear family with her son and husband. She was very sensitive by nature. She would easily get hurt. She would not like to share her feelings with others. She had anxiety about her son's education as he was not a bright student. She would take tension easily. She was fastidious. She always wanted her work to be done on time. She had become irritable because of her Fissure complaint. She was not able to concentrate on her work on account of the pain.

Her case was studied by Dr. Rajesh Shah and constitutional medicine along with research based homeopathic medicines were prescribed. She reported 30-40% improvement on 12th May 2010. Pain was better by 30-40%. She had bleeding once or twice in last 2 months. On examination, swelling was same. Her feedback was studied and medicines were upgraded.
