Thirty-eight-year-old male Mr. V.A.K (Patient Identification No: 21803) visited Life Force on 19th October 2013 for the treatment of Urticaria.

He presented with suffering from urticaria since one year. He had complaints of severe itching every morning. Severe itching would result into red hives all over body. His complaints were increased since 6 months. His Phadiatop Allergen test dated 26th July 2013 was positive. He had completely become dependent on antihistamines and anti-allergic medications. He was taking these medicines twice a day; missing even a single dose resulted in increase in his complaints. He had also taken allergy serum injections in the past but it did not help to relieve him from his complaints. He then, searched for homeopathic treatment for urticaria on the internet and started the treatment with Life Force.

He was vegetarian by diet. He liked eating spicy and salty food. He consumed alcohol once in a week. He had tendency to profuse perspiration all over body. He was intolerant to hot weather. His sleep was disturbed due to his complaints.

He was into jewelry business. His wife was a home-maker. He had twin daughters. His father was also into jewelry business and his mother was a housewife. He had one sister who was married and settled.

By nature, he was very moody and short tempered. He had differences with all the members of his family and his friends. He had secluded himself from his surrounding people since 2-3 years. He was under great stress at emotional level. He had rage for many people. He felt many people had cheated him. He was quite successful in business.

He did not suffer from any major illness in the past. His father suffered from hypertension, ischemic heart disease and psoriasis. His mother suffered from asthma.

Dr. Shah studied his case in detail and prescribed him Kali Iodatum 30 along with his research based medicine for urticaria. He was advised to gradually taper his conventional medicines.

After six weeks on 28th November 2013, he reported on phone that he was showing considerable improvement to the treatment. His frequency, duration and intensity of urticaria had reduced. He had tapered dosage of anti-histamines from twice daily to once daily since a month.

After two months, he called up on 1st February 2014 and reported for further mild improvement. He was still taking anti-histamines once daily, but his frequency, duration and intensity of urticaria episodes were much under control.

After another two months, he called on 31st March 2014 and reported of 80% improvement in his urticaria complaints. He was happy and relieved to have found excellent control over his severe urticaria. He even introduced Life Force to one of his friend's for the treatment of psoriasis.
