Mrs. A.M. (Patient referance number 13506) came to the center for the treatment of Migraine. She also had cervical spondylitis and fungal infections.

She was 36 years old; she was working in the police department. She was suffering from very severe migraine from 2005, i.e. since the last 5 Years. She would get pain at least 2-3 times per week. She would mostly get right sided headache.

The pain would radiate to the shoulders. She would get nausea and vomiting due to pain.
The pain was aggravated after exposure to sun, inadequate sleep.

She was prescribed tablet Topomax, but that caused a temporary loss of vision and she had to stop it, she had to undergo an surgery for restoration of vision.
She also suffered from cervical spondylitis. She had severe fungal infection on her hands, face, legs, body, since the last 10 years.

She was tall, well built, large framed person, she had severe perspiration, and she was intolerant to heat and cold. She liked spicy food.

Her husband was working in BARC. Her daughter was 16 years old and her son was 12 years old.
She described herself as anxious, takes tension easily, even if children come late from school
she described herself as very adjustable, emotional, and reserved. She did not like to socialize.
She liked a peaceful environment. She wanted to give more time to her children, but due to her job, she was unable to give sufficient time to her kids.

She was suffering from headaches since a long time. But after the start of neck pain, she got really disturbed. She would become impatient, irritable and intolerant. She would not feel like talking with anyone.

She would shout on her children for their small mistakes also. Patient became emotional while expressing these aspects. She attributed long working hours to her stress.

Dr Rajesh Shah examined her and prescribed Sepia 30 C. She required some other remedies also, as per her symptoms.

In four months, she was greatly relieved in her headaches and neck pain; the fungal infections took a while to get cured.
