Miss K. C. A (Patient Identification Number 10024) visited our clinic for the treatment of Urticaria on 29th September 2007. She was suffering from Urticaria since 5 months. She would get red, erythmatous eruptions (hives) on chest and the back region. There was severe itching. She would get these hives due to heat and while wearing synthetic cloths. She was on conventional treatment which would give her temporary relief, but she would get acute flare ups very regularly.

She was also having frequent cold and cough problem since the last one year. She would suffer from running nose and sneezing every month and these symptoms would stay for 3-4 days. She would present with these complaints during cold season and after the intake of curd.

Her appetite was average and she had marked craving for salty food. Her sleep was sound.

She was very affectionate and sensitive by nature. She would get hurt very easily. She was irritable too and when irritated she would sit in one corner and seeks consolation.

Dr Rajesh Shah studied her case in detail. After which she was prescribed research based medicines for Urticaria.

Within 6 weeks of treatment her Urticaria was better by 75%. In next 8 weeks there was complete recovery from Urticaria. Patient stopped reporting to the clinic thereafter.

After four months, she again visited the clinic for acute Urticarial rash and was advised to continue the treatment.

She continued with the medication for one year, after which
there was complete recovery. There were no flare ups of hives. She has not reported of the Urticaria anytime later.

After two years mother herself visited the clinic for the treatment of Migraine. It was at that time she said that since two years, her daughter has not got any episode of Urticaria.
