Master HC twelve years’ boy from Colaba Mumbai (Patient Identification NO- 22982) visited Life Force Chembur branch on 18th June 2014 for his complaints of vitiligo. He had vitiligo since past four years but was spreading from last two months. Vitiligo spots were scattered over legs, cheeks, feet, left palm, left wrist. Some spots were whitish in appearance while some were brownish. He had previously taken allopathic treatment for four years, not on regular basis.

Master HC also had complaints of weight gain from five years. He got tired while working easily. His weight at the time of visit was fifty-nine Kg.
Mast HC had excessive hunger; he used to eat after a short interval. He preferred mixed diet. He had marked craving for junk food and salty food. He had a strong dislike for milk. He tended to have perspiration on face and forehead. His sleep was sound. He had dreams of a ghost.

Mast HC was in fifth grade. He lived with mother, father, and sister. His father was in railway work and mother was a homemaker.
His father had suffered from diabetes mellitus and mother had an underactive thyroid problem. His maternal grandmother had a skin problem and paternal grandfather expired due to blood cancer.
He had suffered from asthma since childhood.
Mast HC was a very aggressive child. He dominated his sister. He was expressive and mixed with people easily. He was creative and took part in various activities in school.
Dr. Shah studied his case in detail and prescribed Calc Carb 200c in addition to his research based molecules for vitiligo.
Mast HC visited Dr. Shah for follow up on 25th July 2014. Overall, his vitiligo was increased by fifty percent. Spots over legs, feet, knee, wrist, palm were in the same condition. Spots over cheeks were increased by twenty-five percent. New spots also appeared on soles, both ankles, and fingers.

Mast HC reported after two months on 18th January 2016, there were overall twenty-five percent reductions in spots. One new spot had appeared over the web of the finger from past two days. Other spots were reducing.
The patient started separate treatment for his migraine complaint; he had a migraine from last one month. He had hammering type of a one-sided headache, nausea, sometimes visual disturbances. Dr. Shah studied all history and gave separate medication for his migraine.
After three months later master HC visited on 5th April 2016, in vitiligo, there were overall twenty-five percent reductions in spots. A migraine was ninety percent better. After two months’ master HC reported on 26th August 2016, vitiligo showed twenty-five percent improvements in remaining spots, spots over cheeks, genitals, and ankles were complete disappeared. No new spots appeared.
Migraine reduced more than ninety-five percent. A headache, nausea, visual disturbances were reduced by more than seventy percent. Intensity and frequency of migraine were also reduced.
