Daughter of Mr. M. S. L. from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, visited Life Force on behalf of him and started his treatment for Trigeminal Neuralgia on 15th July 2011. Mr. M. S. L was 80 years old and had been suffering from Trigeminal Neuralgia since 10 years. His Patient Identification Number is 16460. His daughter had read about Dr. Shah through the internet.

It was upsetting for her to see her father in pain. He would get severe pain on his left side. The normal daily activities like talking, brushing and eating would cause unbearable pain. He would eat only soft food comfortably. The pain would be jerking type. He would have loss of appetite and weakness also. He had done an MRI of brain which was normal. He was taking tablet Zeptol (Carbamazepine) 300mg twice a day and other mild pain killers.

He had been detected with benign prostate enlargement since 2006. He was taking conventional medicines and was well under control.

He also had heart disease since 20 years and was taking conventional medicines for the same.

His appetite had reduced due to pain. He liked curd. His thirst and perspiration was normal. He was sensitive to warm temperature. His sleep would be disturbed and he would often talk during sleep.

He had a hardware shop. His wife was a home maker. His son had completed his PhD. in the US and was looking for a job. His daughter was a head manager in a water harvesting company.

He was mild and docile by nature. He would keep his anger and sadness within himself and would not like sharing it with his family. He was concerned and caring for his family and did not like disturbing them with any stresses. He had financial difficulties for the past 25 years which had been overcome in the last 5 – 6 years.

He suffered from piles and fissure in the past. He had also undergone cataract operation in both the eyes in 2007.

His case was studied in detail and he was prescribed research based medicines by Dr. Shah.

His daughter reported on 12th October with considerable improvement in Trigeminal Neuralgia. The frequency and intensity of the pain had reduced.

He reported on 7th July with almost 90% improvement. He felt occasional jerky pain. He had personally come to visit and give the feedback to Dr. Shah. He was satisfied and happy with the treatment.

He is continuing the medicines and is happy with his results. His case illustrates that Homeopathy can control the further progression and minimize the pain in such chronic cases.
