A young man (PIN 12369) visited Dr Shah with complaints of urticaria. He would have the hives every day for 18 months. The attacks would come in swollen red itchy patches on the back and legs which would get worse in the summers due to perspiration. The attacks would get relieved with cold applications such as cold showers. He had taken a lot of antihistamines like Allegra for it with not much relief of the hives.
He was a very responsible person and very sincere with his work. He was very sincere and honest. There was a marked craving for sweets and fruits.
The sweat was profuse and offensive.
In 8 weeks the urticaria was better by 25%.
In 4 months of treatment, his urticaria was better by about 50 %, the frequency of the hives reduced to about 2-3times in a week (from every day) and the intensity was considerably less. He had stopped with the Allegra. He no longer had the attacks.
Within 5 months, the Urticaria was better by about 90% and the frequency had reduced to about once a week and was of very mild intensity.
