She was a known case of Nephrotic Syndrome from the last 5 years. The symptoms of this condition started bothering her suddenly with a mild fever, edema on the body, & mild irritability. After the tests were done, it was diagnosed as Nephrotic Syndrome.

In October 2017, the patient was detected to have dengue, and, with it, an episode of the nephrotic syndrome also relapsed.
Most of the symptoms of this condition that were affecting the patient were masked due to steroid.

The patient had turned dependent on the steroids.

The patient had a past medical history of dengue in October 2017. Also, the patient had a family medical history of TB and kidney disease.
