A 7 year old female child, S. P. (L - 18650), had been suffering from the complaints of Chalazion since last 1 year. She had multiple small chalazions on the right upper eyelid. They were of the size of a small grain and were painless. She used to get these once in 2 months and would subside after applying tobradex ointment. Some chalazion would lasts for more than 3 months which would had to be surgically removed. She would feel better by hot fomentation.
She had the associated complaints of frequently suffering from vernal keratoconjunctivitis.
She had an average appetitie with cravings for sweets and sour. Her thirst and perspiration were less. She was a hot patient.
She was the only child of her parents. She was a shy child. She would get angry if any one would try to point out her mistake and would not correct it. She was egoistic as she would never tell sorry for her mistakes.
There was a family history of Diabetes and no other major diseases and chalazion.
