A male patient (Patient ID -45494) came with the complaint of piles in 2021. He has had external bleeding piles in Grade 3 for a few years. Chronic constipation, reduced water intake, and aluminum vessels were the contributing factors to piles. Because of the piles, there was prickly, burning pain in the anal area. After stools, he experienced a lump-like sensation at the anal verge that could be pushed back inside the anus. The burning pain, which increased after bowel movements, persisted for four to five hours every day. Along with itching and an uncomfortable feeling in the anal area, there were also bloody freaks in the stools.

Since 2019, the patient has been suffering from constipation caused by the use of aluminum vessels. He was experiencing constipation every day, with one bowel movement per day. Along with bloating and discomfort in the abdomen, the patient was also experiencing unsatisfactory stools.  His stools were hard in consistency, and straining was required. Additionally, the patient had been taking cortisone medications for hyperpigmentation on the face, forehead, armpits, and neck for the past two years. The patient was taking antioxidants, Tab. Polyantox (multiminerals), Tab. Shine (vitamin C), Bulima lotion, and Advan cream (corticosteroid) for his skin ailments.
