A 39-year-old lady (PIN: 50405) visited Life Force Homeopathy’s Jayanagar branch on 18th January 2023 for the treatment of her complaints of Eczema.

Her main presenting symptoms were itching, redness, dryness, and hyper-pigmented scar marks on her legs. Itching led to bleeding and a burning sensation. The affected area on the legs was slightly raised from the surrounding area and rough on touching. The patient has been experiencing these symptoms for the last 25 days.

A detailed case history was taken by considering both her mental and physical generals.

Physical Generals:

The patient was a non-vegetarian and had an average appetite. She was fond of sweets. She had an average thirst and drank 2.5 liters of water daily. She had average perspiration and couldn’t bear the cold climates. Her bowel movements were satisfactory, and she had no urinary symptoms. The patient enjoyed a sound sleep and preferred lying on the right side. She had a regular menstrual cycle. 

Psychological Make-Up:

She was a mild, gentle, and polite person. She had a happy and supportive family. Her married life was also satisfactory. She was ambivert and felt more comfortable with some of her selected friends. She had claustrophobia (the fear of closed space) and a fear of heights. She had anxiety about her health. She liked reading fiction books. She generally didn’t like to share her worries and tension with others and shared only with her mother and husband.

Follow-Ups
