After carefully examining the case, Dr. Rajesh Shah prescribed medication, performed a blood analysis, found that certain blood parameters were low, recommended some supplements, and suggested dietary adjustments.

Follow-ups:

On his first follow-up dated 24th December 2022, the primary concerns were coughing, vomiting food with mucus two to three times a day, runny nose, watery nose, and nose block. The severity of these symptoms has decreased, and the patient was sleeping well, eating well, and did not have a fever.  But still, there was a need to give the conventional medicines. The patient was attending school regularly.

His father reported on call on 10th February 2023, that he had been throwing up food for 15 to 20 days following a coughing fit that occurred twice a day and once at night, and his appetite had decreased. He had mild nasal discharge, and that he had no fever. Previously, all of his symptoms had subsided, and the conventional medications had been stopped, but he has now resumed back to conventional medicines again.

By 14th May 2023, he was better, had one episode in a month, had no fever, and took an allopathic medicine Budaways & Duolin for 3 days.

By November 7, 2023, he was much better, with no significant cold or coughing episodes.

In January 2024 more improvement was observed. Parents mentioned 2 episodes of cold and cough due to a change of location and the cold weather while travelling to Dubai in December 2023 and had given conventional medicines SOS.

In the next 4-5 months further improvement was seen, the child was 90% better, he didn’t have any major episodes, parents just updated of complaint of sneezing in the morning. As per the case, the medicines were prescribed, and he is still continuing with Homeopathic treatment to prevent the relapses.

Conclusion:

The Master M.M.W. case demonstrates how effective holistic homoeopathic treatment can be in managing recurrent coughs and colds. Under the expert guidance of Dr. Rajesh Shah, a customized treatment plan addressed the underlying causes, resulting in a notable improvement in the child's appetite and vitality, and importantly, the dependency on conventional medicines was stopped.
