Chartered Accountant Freed from Genital Warts
Mr. HS (Patient ID-53648) was worried about the recurrence of warts in the genital area and had tried many therapies like cauterization, ointments, and many other medications, but all in vain. He wanted to try something that could focus on his tendency to get recurrent warts and address this tendency. When he shared this trouble with his friend, who himself is a doctor, he recommended visiting the Life Force clinic and meeting Dr. Rajesh Shah. He visited our Chembur clinic on 2nd February 2024.
While taking case history, he shared the list of medicines he used in the past, like Cap Onitraz 100 (itraconazole), Eberfine Cream (eberconazole anti-fungal), and Watnil lotion (salicylic acid); all of these helped, but the results were temporary.
He also had keloids and tendencies of growth in many parts of the body, and he was also suffering from fatty liver and hypertension.
Physical generals:
He was a vegetarian but also ate eggs; he loved his food and had no specific food likes or dislikes with average thirst. He was comfortable in both hot and cold environments and had average sweat. His sleep was sound. He was addicted to cigarettes and used to have 7 cigarettes daily.
He was a CA by profession and was confident and polite by nature. He was good at his job and very successful in doing multitasking. He was a very professional person who liked to stay in the present and not dwell upon past events and was an optimist and took things very sportily.
Family history:
His father had multiple myeloma, and his mother had diabetes and hypertension.
After careful analysis of a case and after seeing the wart presentation, Dr SHAH prescribed Thuja Occidentalis 30
The scope of the disease was explained to the patient, and he was also encouraged to reduce smoking and ultimately to stop it. He was also advised regarding general lifestyle changes and diet recommendations for a healthy life, ultimately which will help to heal. He was also suggested to do some routine blood investigations.
Follow-ups:
After 4 weeks of medicines, he visited for his first follow-up on 1st March 2024. He complained of new 1-2 warts that were spreading towards the anus with severe itching. After starting homeopathic treatment, he stopped all the allopathic medication he was taking. Dr Shah prescribed the medicines as per the case needs.
On the follow-up done on 12th April 2024, he mentioned an offensive smell from the warts with serous discharge. He also complained of mild itching present, and even this time he complained of still getting new warts; he got 2-3 new warts near the anus. He was counselled, and the disease's nature was explained. Also, it was informed that since he has stopped all his allopathic medicines, sometimes the rebound effect is seen.
On 23rd May 2024, when follow-up was done, no warts were visible; all warts were completely healed with no new ones coming, but mild itching in the scrotal region was noted. Though his warts were completely cured, he was advised to continue the treatment for a few more weeks so that the case could be kept under observation to see if any recurrence was happening.
In the next four months of treatment, he was all free of the warts that had bothered him for a long time.
Conclusion:
This case demonstrates how homeopathy with just internal medicine and no external application can take care of the disease in such a wonderful manner by controlling the viral activity. Homeopathy freed him from the cycle of recurrence of warts.
