From Giddiness to steadiness at Life Force Homeopathy.
On 20th August 2024, Mr. A.S., a male consultant manager at Accenture, aged 24, visited the Life Force Homeopathy Thane clinic (Patient ID: 55350). From March 2023 to January 2024, he experienced giddiness that recurred in May 2024 and got worse after a month. Giddiness happened seven to ten times a day for five to ten minutes and was accompanied by mild nausea. After 20 days, the ringing in the left ear that had been there since May 2024 subsided. His constant computer use and work-related stress were the root of his complaints. His symptoms worsened over time.
Previous medications:

When visited, he was taking the following medicines:

Family history: Mother, father, and sister had hypertension, diabetes, and migraines. His grandfather has Parkinson's disease.
Associated disease: hypertension, was taking Tab Telma (telmisartan, angiotensin II receptor antagonists) 40 mg 1tab OD daily for 20 days.
Mental and physical generals:
He was of heavy build and weighed around 112 kg. He was a fun-loving person who loved to travel with family but was always stressed by work and had work overload.
Past history: H/O Tonsillectomy done at the age of 7, and in the past suffered from COVID-19.
A thorough case was taken at Life Force Homeopathy, evaluated in-depth by Dr. Rajesh Shah, and after assessing all symptoms, Conium maculatum 30 was prescribed. Along with a blood test, dietary recommendations and some lifestyle modifications were suggested.
Because the vitamin levels were low, some supplements were recommended. Follow-ups were conducted later.
Follow-ups:
In the first follow-up on 04.10.2024, he reported feeling 60–70% better and less nausea. Giddiness had become less frequent. He was no longer on allopathic medicines.
February 23, 2024, second follow-up, the frequency and severity of the vertigo episodes were reduced by 70–80%, indicating further progress. The giddiness and spinning sensation were far less common.
At the third follow-up on January 14, 2025, Mr. A.S. reported a notable improvement in his vertigo symptoms. He no longer suffered from the crippling effects of nausea or giddiness, and the frequency and severity of the episodes had significantly decreased.
