Hairfall of 7 years controlled with Homeopathy!!

A woman in her 39s (Patient ID: 35698) went to our Mulund Life Force Homeopathy clinic on November 2, 2022, complaining that she had been experiencing hair loss for seven years. She was already receiving our cheilitis treatment, and she was doing well. The patient reported having dandruff, thinning hair, particularly over the vertex, and hair falling from the roots of more than 200 strands per day. She said she had lost nearly half of her hair and was afraid she would go bald if she didn't get it fixed sooner because it was getting worse quickly, which made her very anxious.

After getting divorced from her husband, the patient lived with her parents and four-year-old daughter. Even though her parents were supportive, she had just begun rebuilding her life with her daughter, which had been a stressful journey for the past six to seven years.

The patient preferred sweets and was a vegetarian. She also mentioned having offensive sweat for three to four years, which made her feel uncomfortable because she had never smelt sweat. She was used to drinking 3 liters of water daily and followed an active lifestyle. She also talked about going through menopause early, at 36 years old.

Based on her case details, she was prescribed homeopathic medicines by Dr. Rajesh Shah and was asked to update us after 6 weeks of taking the medicines. She was also advised on blood investigations and dietary and lifestyle changes and also counseled regarding handling her stress.

Follow-ups:
At the first follow-up on 20th Dec 2022, the patient mentioned no change in hair fall, and dandruff persisted with itching as earlier. As there was a deficiency of vitamin D and iron, she was accordingly prescribed supplements for the same. Based on the follow-up, she was prescribed another six weeks and asked to be updated.

After another six weeks on the 2nd of Feb 2023, the patient mentioned a 40 to 50% reduction in her hair fall. Regrowth of hair was noted as well. Based on the follow-up, she was prescribed further another six weeks and asked for an update.

After another six weeks on the 20th of March 2023, hair fall had further reduced; dandruff had also reduced by 30 to 40%. Accordingly, the next course of medicine was prescribed.

Further follow-up on the 3rd of May 2023, the patient happily mentioned a 60 to 70% reduction in hair fall. Based on her follow-up, she was prescribed by Dr. Shah for a further duration of six weeks.

At the next follow-up on the 15th of June 2023, the patient mentioned hair fall had further reduced to only a few strands of hair after hair wash or combing, also volume improved, baby hairs were seen, and dandruff was further reduced. Based on her follow-up, she was prescribed further by Dr Shah.

During the period of the next four to six months, hair fall had become negligible, seen during hair wash or combing only, and dandruff was further reduced. The volume of hair had improved as well. The patient was prescribed accordingly. 

The patient continued our treatment further for another four months. She has completely recovered from the hair fall and is happy with the volume and improved quality of her hair after our treatment.

Conclusion:
This case shows severe hair fall being successfully treated under the expertise of Dr. Shah and with his research-based homeopathic medicines. Not only did the hair fall come under control, but the overall quality and volume of hair were also improved to the delight of the patient.
