Quick Relief, Lasting Results: Managing Vasculitis with Homeopathy
Mrs. S. Y, 33-year-old female Patient ID: 54493, presented to the Chembur branch of Life Force Homeopathy on May 4, 2024, with a complaint of vasculitis that had been ongoing since October 2023. She initially reported small, multiple erythematous eruptions on the medial side of her right thigh and the medial side of her left knee, extending down to her shin bone. These eruptions were intensely itchy. The rashes would flare up every 15 days and last for 5 to 10 days. Her condition had been somewhat manageable with treatment, but there were occasional flare-ups that caused distress. In terms of treatment, she had been on Tablet Colchicine 0.5 mg (Colchicine, anti-gout agent) twice daily for the past five months along with Dermadew cream L/A (Aloe Vera), a moisturizing agent, for the same duration.
She had taken Tablet Omnacortil 10 mg (Prednisolone, steroid), once daily, for 7 days, applied MF Sudif cream (mometasone furoate+ fusidic acid, steroid) for 10 days, Tablet Dapsone 100 mg (anti-leprotic), 1 tablet daily at night for 1.5 months, and Syrup Hematinic 5 ml (supplement), twice a day for 2 months in the past.

She reported normal appetite, thirst, sleep, and bowel habits with no specific aversions or desires. She felt most comfortable in a warm environment. Her menses were regular, with mild pain in her legs and lower back before menses.
The patient is married and lives with her husband and two children. She is a homemaker. Mild and gentle in nature, very calm, respectful of others, and has cordial relations with everyone.
There was no significant family history of autoimmune diseases, vasculitis, or chronic skin conditions. Both of her parents were healthy, and there were no hereditary conditions noted in the family.
There was no significant medical history before the onset of vasculitis. She had no known history of allergies, asthma, or any other chronic conditions. She had not undergone any major surgeries and had no hospitalizations in the past.
Dr. Shah thoroughly studied the case and prescribed Carcinosin 30C to address the root cause of the vasculitis and associated skin eruptions. The treatment plan was focused on improving her skin condition, boosting her immune system, and managing the itching and flare-ups.
