Restoring Emotional Balance with Homeopathy: A Case of Overcoming Anxiety and Mental Distress

An assistant manager of a shipping company from Badlapur, who was a dedicated and responsible worker Mr.N.D.S aged 45 years had recently started to show some changes in his behaviour which made his family and colleagues both worried. Accompanied by his wife, he visited the Life Force Homeopathy clinic in Thane, seeking help for the troubling mental and emotional issues he had been facing (Patient ID:53423)

For some time now, Mr N. D.S. had been engaging in self-talk, often conversing with people who weren’t there. His conversations were erratic, veering off-topic, yet surprisingly filled with strong intuition and insights about future events. He would sometimes speak about spiritual experiences, claiming to have conversations with Swami Samarth in his dreams. After watching movies, he would mimic the lead characters, acting out scenes as though they were a part of his life.

His emotional state was unstable, he was easily angered, particularly when people failed to listen to him, and his moods shifted unpredictably. He physically experienced heart palpitations for a short period of 2-3 seconds and his palms and soles would sweat profusely during these episodes. A deep fear of losing his loved one haunted him constantly and crowded, overwhelming thoughts plagued him. He was unable to rest and rarely found peace, he struggled with feelings of failure and constantly felt guilty for not achieving enough in his career or for his family, though his aspirations were high.

Adding to his distress was a sense of restlessness, especially when he did not get enough sleep. He regularly slept for 6 hours and used to wake up at 4.30 am, however, when his sleep was reduced he became more irritable, leaving him feeling more nervous and anxious. The circumstance was additionally exacerbated by a new traumatic mishap, a drone incident at his workplace, which uplifted his mental stress and worsened his sleep issues.

His boss eventually asked him to stop coming to the office because of his unusual conversations and erratic behavior. His abnormal behavior at work had not gone unnoticed. His psychological wellness battles appeared to repeat difficulties from quite a while ago. At twelve years old, he had encountered epileptic seizures and had taken the anti-epileptic drug, explicitly Valprol (sodium valproate and valproic corrosive) for quite some time. In 2018, he had been hospitalized in Dubai for mental health issues, though the details of that episode remained unclear.

His family's past also caused his much distress. His mother had died of Cancer at a young age and his father died a year ago the reason for his death was not revealed while giving the case history. The sense of anxiety and unease that surrounded him at this point in his life had surely been exacerbated by the loss of his parents.

With a background of marked emotional disturbance, unresolved mental health issues, and work-related stress Mr.N.D.S ended up at a limit.

We take a detailed case history. When visited he was very much situated and aware however couldn't recall the new one-month occurrence, yet recollected every single past episode. After thoroughly investigating the case, Dr. Rajesh Shah prescribed medication. Since the blood report indicated a deficiency, supplements were suggested. Follow-ups:

In the first follow-up on 25.02.24, he showed a 30% improvement. The palpitation, crowded thoughts, and self-talking had decreased. He began going to the workplace and started directing meetings, he was able to take four meetings.

The second follow-up, which was taken on April 17, 2024, he was better by 75%, had no palpitations, stopped talking to himself, and was less fearful. He went to the office frequently and also went to counseling sessions without taking any other conventional medication.

In his third follow-up dated 07.06.24, 85% of improvement was appreciable, with no self-talking, decreased palpitation, capacity to oversee office stress, and taking and directing meetings.

The fourth subsequent feedback dated 13.09.24 revealed 90 % better, got mild heaviness in the chest when he was stressed. He had the opportunity to manage a new project as well.

 

Conclusion:

Mr N. D.S. showed remarkable improvement in self-talk, fear, depression, and delusion and also was able to start going to his office and manage the new project in the office under the treatment of Life Force Homeopathy in eight months. This case shows the efficacy of Homeopathy in dealing with emotionally draining disorders like Anxiety.
